THIRD KAGURA Pty Ltd ("THIRD KAGURA", "we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information collected through our Equipment Rental service at djaudio.au. We comply with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

We do not use your personal information for direct marketing of other THIRD KAGURA services without your separate consent.

THIRD KAGURA Pty Ltd is based in Sydney, Australia, and personal information is primarily stored in Australia. Some of our service providers (e.g., Cloudflare CDN, payment processors, analytics) may store or process data in jurisdictions outside Australia, including the United States, Singapore, or the European Union. In line with APP 8, we take reasonable steps to ensure overseas recipients handle your personal information in a manner consistent with the APPs, including by selecting providers with industry-standard data protection certifications (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001) and by entering into contractual data-handling commitments where appropriate.

In line with APP 11, we take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect personal information from unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or loss. These include:

No internet transmission or electronic storage is fully secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security but we will take reasonable steps to investigate and respond to any suspected breach. If we experience a data breach that is likely to result in serious harm to affected individuals, we will assess it and, where the Notifiable Data Breaches (NDB) scheme under Part IIIC of the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) applies, notify the affected individuals and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) as soon as practicable, in line with our obligations.

Our Equipment Rental service is not directed at children under 18. We require that all booking holders be at least 18 years of age, or have parental/guardian consent. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18 outside of the parental/guardian booking context.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. The "Last Updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated by posting a notice on djaudio.au and, where appropriate, by email to active customers.
